International Sales Manager - Pro Audio System Manufacturer

We are currently looking for a new Sales Manager to make a real impact on the future success of this organisation.

The Position
• Working independently, the new sales manager will be responsible for staff in an a growing sales department . The position will involve working from head office in Poole with travel to Europe, Asia and North America. Responsible for developing existing global sales distribution network.
• Remuneration will be biased towards performance with OTE expected to exceed basic salary. This is a excellent opportunity to head up sales at one of the most rapidly growing pro audio companies in the UK.
• Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving product sales through various market sectors and will be expected to evaluate future market opportunities and work closely with senior management in product development.
• The new sales manager will also be involved in, and contribute to the company's progressive marketing approach, and social media development.

The Credentials
• High achieving team player will have either an engineering background with a talent for sales or experience of selling to B2B with a knowledge of pro audio.
• An effective negotiator, self motivated and results driven, and have the ability to discuss products on a technical level.
• Track record of developing and growing sales with experience of key accounts management and new business generation.

We are currently looking for a Saleman to make a real impact on the future success of this organisation.

The Position
The new salesperson will be responsible for communicating on a daily basis with the company’s global sales distribution network from the head office in Poole. Remuneration will be biased towards performance with OTE expected to exceed basic salary. This is a excellent opportunity to head up sales at one of the most rapidly growing pro audio companies in the UK. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving product sales through various market sectors and will be expected to evaluate future market opportunities and work closely with senior management in product development. The role offers the successful candidate the chance to become part of a growing team, where performance is recognised both financially and through career progression.

Salary
Basic salary £15,000 - £22,000 plus OTE depending on performance.

The Credentials
High achieving team player will have either a technical background with an interest in sales or with some knowledge of pro audio. An effective negotiator, self motivated, results driven and have the ability to learn about proaudio products. Spoken and written second language would be preferred. This position may suit a recent sales/marketing graduate or someone with a keen interest in sales from a pro audio background.
